A human rights lawyer, Barrister Kunle Fadipe, has been assassinated.
Fadipe was killed in his Lagos State home at. Harmony Estate, Agege area.
Fadipe was killed by his assailant between Thursday night and Friday morning.
Available information has it that the assailant, whose name could not be obtained as at the time of filing this report, was apprehended by those around.
He was said to have told those who apprehended him that he was sent from Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, to assassinate Fadipe.
