Just five weeks after model Katie Cleary was spotted cozying up to Leo DiCaprio at a party, her husband sadly took his own life on June 22.
Andrew Stern, 40, reportedly shot himself while at a shooting range in the San Fernando Valley. His wife, America’s Next Top Model alum and Deal or No Deal model, Katie Cleary allegedly told police afterward that he was suffering from depression and they were going through a divorce, according to TMZ.

On May 19, Katie was spotted at Gotha Club during Cannes Film Festival hanging out with Leonardo DiCaprio, who was photographed whispering in her ear. The two appeared to get every close at the party. Later that same week, she was spotted out with Adrian Grenier.

The Deal or No Deal model is currently mourning the loss of her estranged husband Andrew Stern, who committed suicide in Van Nuys, Calif., on Sunday by a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, E! News confirms, and is slamming reports that claim her friendship with stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Adrian Grenier has anything to do with Stern's death after she was seen with the two actors while recently in France.
Cleary's rep tells E! News, "Katie and Andrew have been separated and in the process of finalizing their divorce for a few months and her relationship with Leonardo and Adrian were simply platonic as she was there to promote her animal welfare documentary Give Me Shelter. We respectfully request her privacy be given at this difficult time and have no more comments on this matter."
